Minneapolis Brand Photoshoot: Ashtyn Sibinski Art
Brand photos are an essential tool for both service and product-based businesses. Not only do they showcase your unique style and creativity, but they also help establish your small business's visual identity and attract potential clients. Personal branding photos can capture the essence of your work, allowing people to get a glimpse of what you have to offer. They can be used across various platforms, such as your website, social media profiles, and marketing materials, helping you to create a consistent and professional image. Brand photos also allow you to connect with your audience on a deeper level by evoking emotions and telling a story through visual imagery.
Strategy Behind The Branding Session
I first saw Ashtyn's work on Instagram and fell in love with her imaginative, playful, and inviting style. It wasn’t long before Ashtyn and I connected personally, and just like her art, Ashtyn was bubbly, happy, and easy to talk to. She creates all her art in her Minneapolis studio in the Northrup King Building so naturally we chose that to be the location for a photoshoot. One thing that stood out to me about Ashtyn's artistic process is that she personally mixes all the colors in her paintings. Those things are brand differentiators and great to feature in a branding session. Other storylines we captured centered around capturing Ashtyn's workspace, tools, and behind-the-scenes of her painting. I love brand photoshoots that take you behind the scenes because they help you build a personal connection and communicate the value of what you offer. Last, not but not least, we captured some updated headshots. A lot of people cringe at the thought of being the "face" of their brand but branded headshots are more about introducing people to the face behind the brand and building trust.
I love the collection of photos we created. The best part is that they can be used all throughout her marketing. From sharing on social media to her website, Pinterest, and even her email signature.
