Pottery Artist Minnesota Brand Photoshoot

It’s been years since this shoot but I still find myself coming back to these brand portraits. They were taken of a dear friend and fellow creative, Rachael. We were both working out of Honest Studios in Minneapolis at the time and decided to do a impromtu portrait session one afternoon. My film camera had been collecting dust but I took it out of storage and used it to capture these portraits. In all honesty, this shoot reignited my love for film and gave me a strong desire to incorporate it into more of my work. The thing I love most is how simple these photos are. Branding Photoshoots can often be big productions involving various locations and lots of props but there will always be a special place in my heart for simple portraits against simple backdrops. If this is your first time investing in professional photography, a simple portrait session can be the best place to start.
